In order to install a chainguard on a SWB Vision with the new double-idler setup, there are some modifications
that need to be made to provide enough clearance for the forward idler assembly. This is Hostel Shoppe's solution.

Disassemble the idler assembly and carefully cut the spacer to make two spacers as follows: The shorter (outside) spacer should be 19mm long and the longer (inside) spacer should be 27mm long. Hint: There should be enough length to permit you to cut the spacers a little long and then grind them down to make the ends perfectly square.

Reassemble the idler and re-install. Picture #2 shows proper chain routing without the chainguard for clarity.

Next, remove the protective paper and install the chainguard loosely. Adjust the chainguard to achieve about 1-2 cm clearance between the chainguard and crankarm when the crankarm is positioned at about 9:00 (see picture). Tighten the chainguard mounting bolts. Picture #3 shows the chainguard with it's protective paper for visibility.
